Who receives your data
Only the service providers we need: payment providers (Stripe, PayPal), couriers, our website hosting provider, our email and newsletter service Hostinger , our analytics tool and, if you accept the cookies, embedded content such as the Instagram feed. They process data for us under their own privacy policies or data processing agreements. We do not sell your data.
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers (for example payment, email or analytics services) may process data outside the EU. When they do, we rely on safeguards such as the EU’s standard contractual clauses. Shipping your order to a non-EU country also means sharing your delivery details with the courier and customs.
How long we keep your data
Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by Italian tax law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Messages are kept as long as needed to answer you and handle any follow-up.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to its use. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@giohel.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
Security
We use SSL encryption, and card payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal. If a data breach puts your rights at risk, we will notify you and the authority as the law requires.
Automated decisions
We do not take decisions about you based solely on automated processing or profiling.
