Shop the World, Delivered to You: GIOHEL
Giohel ships free worldwide from Italy. Every pair is made to order, so delivery has two stages: production in our workshop (4 to 8 weeks), then tracked courier delivery (4 to 6 business days in Europe, 5 to 10 business days in the rest of the world).
Production time
The estimate is shown on each product page. It is not a guaranteed delivery date: special orders, complex designs and busy periods can take longer, and we will tell you if your order is delayed. We commit to deliver within 2 months of order confirmation.
Dispatch and delivery times
Once your pair is finished and quality-checked, we dispatch it on the same or next business day (except Italian public holidays).

We deliver on weekdays to private homes and offices in the countries we serve. We do not deliver to post office boxes. Customs processing can add time. We may split an order into several deliveries.
Customs duties and import taxes
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Depending on the destination country, customs may charge import duties, taxes and tariffs. These are not included in the price and are paid by the customer. Check your local customs rules before ordering.
Tracking, signature and insurance
You receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. A signature is required on delivery, and we insure the parcel until it reaches you.
Discreet packaging
Your parcel arrives in plain packaging with no logo or markings that reveal the contents. When customs ask for a description, we declare shoes or boots and the leather used.
If you are not at home
The carrier normally makes several delivery attempts, then contacts you or leaves a notice explaining how to collect the parcel or rearrange delivery.
If your parcel arrives damaged
Check the packaging when it arrives. If it is damaged or the pair is faulty, you can refuse the delivery. Either way, email info@giohel.com with photos within 10 days of delivery.
